Marine Challenge Coins Stolen from Mother’s House While She Slept In Santee, Ca, the mother of a Marine who recently graduated from Marine Combat Training at Camp Pendleton, had a rude awakening. On Sept. 23, Brandy Dean said she fell asleep without locking the door to her apartment at the Shadow Hill apartment complex on the 11000 block of Woodside Avenue in Santee.
